These terms of use are intended to define the rules to be followed for the use of the Platform DHABICOIN ("Terms of Use"), without prejudice to the application of applicable law.

BY USING THE DHABICOIN PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ACTS PERFORMED BY YOU ON THE DHABICOIN PLATFORM OR RELATED SERVICES. 1.1 Users who keep their assets in custody are entitled to receive a series of information about transactions performed, the occurrence of events and / or the position of their assets and statement of movements of their portfolio.

1.2 The DHABICOIN platform is not a broker (exchange) so it is not responsible for the destination of assets allocated in the user's portfolio.

1.3       The DHABICOIN platform offers its users the online customer service, through which they have access to all the information mentioned above, among others.

1.4.       Careful reading of all the information is of fundamental importance for monitoring and checking your balance and transactions. In case you cannot access any of the information or visualize any movement that has not been authorized or any inaccurate balance, you should contact the service center.

1.5 By proceeding and using the platform, the user is aware of the information provided above, as well as of the risks involved in operations involving digital assets.

2.         WHAT IS THE DHABICOIN PLATFORM?

2.1. of the decentralized nature of DHABICOIN,. DHABICOIN, has its technological base based on Blockchain BINANCE , which is analogously a structure like the internet and, being a BEP-20 token that provides high complexity to bring simplicity to the exchange relationships between brands and consumers, involving several sectors of the economy and remodeling the current retail paradigms. 

2.2 Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel, at any time, your access to the application in case of suspicion of fraud, obtaining benefit or advantage in an illicit manner, or for non-compliance with any conditions provided in these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or applicable law. In such cases, no compensation will be due to you, and the DHABICOIN Platform, may promote the competent action of recourse, if necessary, as well as take any other measures necessary to pursue and protect their interests.

2.3 Wallet. A Wallet or digital wallet is a mechanism that allows you to store tokens and cryptocurrencies and make transfers using your computer or cell phone. It is usually software or hardware that allows a user to store his or her cryptocurrency amount, and may also have other forms such as paper wallets. Just as web browsers are to the Internet, allowing a user to access web pages, digital wallets are to to tokens and cryptocurrencies, allowing transactions to be made in an easy way.

3.         HOW DO I ACCESS THE DHABICOIN PLATFORM?

3.1.       Access. To access the DHABICOIN Platform and use its features you must register. To register, you will provide us with personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy. To learn more about the privacy of your personal information on the DHABICOIN Platform, please visit our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Age of Use. To use the DHABICOIN Platform, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

3.3 Ownership. From the registration, you will be the holder of an account that can only be accessed by you. If the platform DHABICOIN detects any account made from false information, by users who, for example, do not have the minimum age allowed, this account will be automatically deleted.

3.4 Updating of Information. You hereby agree to keep your personal information up to date. You also agree that you will keep your login and password secure and out of the reach of third parties, and will not allow your account on the DHABICOIN Platform to be used by others. In this way, you take responsibility for all actions performed on your account.

4.         HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE ON THE DHABICOIN PLATFORM?

4.1 Payment Method. Payments made on the platform DHABICOIN shall be made within the application according to the means and partners provided

4.2 Final Price. The price paid by you is final and non-refundable. 

4.3 Confirmation. Confirmation of payment through the application will occur within 3 (three) business days. Processing of payment information and confirmation of payment will be performed by third party systems (e.g. financial institution or credit card company), and the application is merely an interface between you and these systems.

5. WHAT ARE DHABICOIN PLATFORM'S RIGHTS IN THE APPLICATION?

5.1. Our Rights. All rights relating to the DHABICOIN Platform and its functionality are the exclusive property of the Platform DHABICOIN , including with respect to its texts, images, layouts, software, codes, databases, graphics, articles, photographs and other content produced directly or indirectly by the Platform DHABICOIN ("Content of the Platform DHABICOIN "). The DHABICOIN Platform Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. It is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce, modify, modify, translate, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell, or exploit and reverse engineer the DHABICOIN Platform Content , for any purpose, without the prior express consent of DHABICOIN Platform .  6.2 Maintenance. It is your sole responsibility to keep the environment of your device (computer, cell phone, tablet, among others) safe, using available tools such as antivirus, firewall, among others, in order to contribute to the prevention of electronic risks.

7.  WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THESE TERMS OF USE?

7.1 Changes. To improve your experience, the DHABICOIN Platform is always being updated. For this reason, these Terms of Use may be amended at any time to reflect the adjustments made. However, whenever any modification occurs, you will be informed in advance by the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration or by a prominent notice in the application. If you do not agree to the new Terms of Use, you may reject them, but, unfortunately, this means that you will no longer be able to access and make use of the DHABICOIN Platform. If you use the DHABICOIN Platform anyway even after these Terms of Use have changed, it means that you agree to all the changes.

7.2 Conflict of Provisions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the modifying Terms, the later Terms will prevail with respect to that conflict.
